Linga Properties helps families, investors and businesses buy houses, plots and land around Arunachala. We started filming every property because most of our buyers live far away, and a video saves them a wasted trip.
Our story
Most people who buy in Tiruvannamalai do not live here. They come from Chennai, Bengaluru, Vellore or abroad, often to buy a home for their parents near the hill.
Travelling to see a plot that turns out to have a narrow road or a wrong boundary is expensive. So we film the drive from the main road, the boundary and the neighbours for every listing, and we check the documents before it goes live.
We would rather tell you which plot not to buy than make a sale you regret.
