Buy in Tiruvannamalai without travelling first
For buyers abroad or in other cities: watch the video tour, then book a live video call from the site at a time that suits your time zone. We explain every document and step before you decide to travel.
How remote buying works
Shortlist on video
Watch tours and compare properties filmed the same way.
Live video tour
We walk the site with you on a video call and answer questions on the spot.
Document review
We share scans of patta, EC and approvals for your lawyer to check.
Registration
You travel once to register, or a family member acts for you through a power of attorney.
Power of attorney
If you cannot be present at registration, a power of attorney lets someone you trust sign for you. It must be drafted and attested correctly, often at an Indian mission abroad. Your lawyer will advise on the form that suits you.
Payments and loans
Payments should go through banking channels to the seller account named in the agreement. Many Indian banks offer home loans to NRIs; we can tell you which documents they usually ask for.
Common questions
What time can we do a video call?
Early morning or evening in India works for most of the Gulf, Europe and the US. Tell us your time zone.
Can you hold a property while I decide?
Only with the seller's agreement and usually with a small token advance. We will explain the terms in writing.
We are property agents, not lawyers. Our checks help you decide; a lawyer's opinion is still the safest step before you pay.
