I watched the video from Vellore and visited only once. Bought our plot in two weeks.
Every question about the documents was answered on WhatsApp the same day.
Good farmland for investment, clear papers and no pressure at all.
We bought a house near Girivalam path for our parents. The team handled everything.
Opened my shop on the road they suggested. Footfall has been better than I expected.
Honest price, honest advice. They even told us which plot not to buy.
